December 2010 A big thank you to all residents who attended the EGM, or made the effort to send in proxy votes to express their opinions if they could not attend. As you can see from the results, there was a substantial majority supporting the continuation of the Winchfield Path project, as well as an almost unanimous majority supporting Myself and the Residents’ Association. The serious concerns raised about the possibility of flooding, maintenance of the new path and the Winchfield in general, were just some of the issues raised at the meeting. Over the coming months we will endeavour to find robust answers and solutions involving additional expertise as necessary. What was clear from the EGM was a passion for our two Villages and their continued wellbeing. You might not have time to get involved but YOUR input and comments are welcomed.
